By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Darland Turf, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Description

Darland Turf utilizes SMS text messaging to communicate with clients regarding active services. By opting in, you may receive automated or manual text messages including but not limited to: lawn application schedules, weather-related delays, upcoming service reminders, invoice notifications via Spraye Software, and seasonal lawn care updates. 

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your chosen service programs, weather conditions, and seasonal scheduling. 

3. Cost, Rates & Carriers

Darland Turf does not charge for text notifications; however, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from network carrier failures. 

4. How to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message received from us. You will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt back in.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared, rented, or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
