Welcome to Darland Turf. By requesting an estimate, signing up for a service program, or utilizing our online billing portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Darland Turf provides professional fertilizer, weed control, and outdoor services. Services are performed on a scheduled recurring basis or as a one-time application as outlined in your service estimate. We reserve the right to alter service schedules due to weather conditions or routing logistics.

2. Property Access & Preparation

To ensure successful applications, the client agrees to provide clear access to the entire service area on scheduled days.

• Gates & Locks: All gates must be unlocked. If our technicians cannot access a locked area, we will only treat accessible areas, and full service charges will still apply.

• Pets & Obstacles: Pets must be kept indoors during service. Dog waste, toys, hoses, and lawn furniture must be cleared from the turf prior to our arrival.

3. Payments, Billing & Spraye Portal

All billing and account management are handled securely through our Spraye Software platform.

• Payment Terms: Invoices are issued upon completion of service and are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

• Autopay & Cards: By saving a payment method in our portal, you authorize Darland Turf to automatically charge your card on file upon service completion.

• Late Fees: Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee of up to $25. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services for non-payment.

• Online Payments: A service charge of 2.9% will be applied to all online transactions, for your convenience customers can avoid this fee by paying with a check or cash.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Continuous lawn programs renew automatically from season to season unless canceled. You may cancel or modify your service program at any time by providing notice at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled application. Cancellations can be submitted via email, phone, or through your customer portal.

5. Liability Limits

Darland Turf is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing lawn conditions, extreme weather, or lack of irrigation. Darland Turf is not liable for structural damage to unmarked underground systems (such as invisible dog fences, unmarked irrigation lines). It is the property owner's responsibility to notify us of these installations prior to deep turf services like core aeration.
